This system has been developed to offer a real and effective answer to physical attacks

We offer training and advice on evasion techniques which should always be attempted before a physical response is used. If a physical response is required all our clients are taught to evaluate the level of danger and respond accordingly and to be aware that the response is within the boundaries of reasonable force.

We teach our clients how to use 10 parts of their body as effective weapons, the next important aspects is to strike the correct targets for the maximum results, followed by use of the correct technique for the distance between you and your attacker. Then, finally practice drills, full power on specialised units to give the client full contact training that is essential for an effective system.

Sessions are tailored to individual clients requirements, so regardless of age and fitness levels, this can work for most people.
