Children can train alone, with a friend or family member eg Brother, Sister, Mum or Dad. Our goals are to give the children confidence, self asteem, and the ability to defend themselves. We take great care in educating the children to firstly avoid confrontation, try to talk their way out of trouble and as an absolute last resort, use the physical skills we will teach them. Apart from all the above, the exercise part of our training is a good way to keep fit.
